Who is Citizen?
The rights and privileges of Canadian citizens are many in Canada. There is access for citizens to healthcare, social services, and legal support. A citizen is entitled to live, work, study, and vote anywhere else in Canada. Citizenship may also not be withdrawn or removed. All Canadian-born people are automatically entitled to nationality. Canadian citizenship can be requested again. This new application must contain all necessary forms and documents, including a new fee. Before you can apply again, there is no time waiting. However, before applying again, you should ensure that you satisfy the Canadian nationality requirements. You may also seek a judicial review of the decision of the Federal Court of Canada if your citizenship request is refused. This is not the decision’s appeal. You must submit a letter of refusal within thirty (30) days from that date.
